Bubala is an award-winning Middle Eastern restaurant located in the heart of Soho, London, celebrated for its bold, vegetarian-led menu and vibrant dining experience. Known for combining traditional flavours with a contemporary approach, the restaurant has built a reputation as one of London's most exciting culinary destinations.

Working alongside the Bubala team, I was commissioned to create a collection of authentic photography and visual content that showcases both the craftsmanship behind the dishes and the atmosphere that defines the restaurant. The project focused on documenting every stage of the process, from ingredient preparation and chefs at work to the final presentation of each dish, capturing the genuine story behind the food.

Using an editorial style with natural light and minimal retouching, the imagery was created to reflect the restaurant honestly while producing engaging content for both digital marketing and the Bubala website. The final collection highlights not only the quality of the food but also the people, passion, and creativity that bring the restaurant to life.

Across multiple London Fashion Week seasons, I have worked alongside the VIN + OMI team, documenting the fast-paced environment behind each collection. From backstage preparations and designer collaborations to runway moments and behind-the-scenes storytelling, my work has captured the creative process that brings each show to life.

Working across several Fashion Weeks has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the demands of live fashion events, producing high-quality photography and content under tight deadlines.
